§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://hotelkoronny.pl
   and is effective from 01.03.2024.
2. The data controller of users is: Hotel Koronny Sp. z o.o., ul. Sokołowska 9/245, 01-142 Warsaw, Tax ID: 5273101122 (hereinafter referred to as "We").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to fill out a survey or answer a few questions concerning the quality of services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing consent terms.
3. If the person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until withdrawal of consent, but thereafter information about who, when and what consent was given may be archived (for establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, answering inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, exercising or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax laws.

8. Visitors to the Website can consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and IT system maintainers with whom we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not disclosed and none of these companies is authorized to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessed by the company, may only be processed for the proper provision of services.
